Join a Pride210™

Action Team

Pride210 started the way a lot of good movements do. The community saw something wasn’t right, and instead of waiting around, we moved. When the Pride San Antonio controversy unfolded, people across the city stepped up quickly, organized, and built something new. That same spirit is how Pride210 operates today.

Our Action Teams are built to move fast, stay flexible, and focus on getting real work done. We’re not here to sit in endless meetings or overthink things. We’re here to support the community, create meaningful events and partnerships, and keep pushing Pride in San Antonio forward.

We want people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives involved. Pride210 should reflect the full diversity of our city. Whether you’re a longtime community leader or someone who just wants to jump in and help, there’s a place for you here.

More than anything, we want people to feel proud of the work they’re doing. Pride isn’t just something we celebrate once a year. It’s something we build together through action, collaboration, and showing up for each other.

And while many of us are able to live openly and proudly, we know that’s not the reality for everyone yet. Part of our work is making sure San Antonio continues to grow into a place where every LGBTQ+ person can feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.

If you’re someone who likes to move quickly, work with passionate people, and help make things happen, you’ll fit right in. Pride210 is about community, momentum, and building something better together.
