Pride210™ is operated by Pride210 Foundation, a Texas nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our IRS tax-exempt status became effective May 21, 2026.
As a charitable organization, Pride210 is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and community-building purposes. Our mission is to support, uplift, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community through events, outreach, education, partnerships, and inclusive programming that strengthens and celebrates our community.
Contributions made to Pride210 are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of specific contributions.
