Pride210 proudly stands with Antonia Hall

Visibility Is Power. Representation Changes Everything.

Our mission is to support, uplift, and advocate for LGBTQ+ people by creating inclusive events, education, and year-round opportunities to connect. But our mission is more than words. It's a commitment to showing up for our community and turning representation into opportunity.

That's why we're incredibly proud to stand alongside Antonia Hall, a Pride210 board member and the first Black transgender woman nominated for the 2027 River Walk Royalty Court, benefiting the San Antonio Hospitality Foundation.

For Antonia, this moment is about more than a title. It's about breaking barriers, creating opportunities, and ensuring future generations see themselves reflected in the city they call home.

In Antonia's Own Words

“Being the first Black trans woman nominated for the River Walk Royalty Court benefiting the San Antonio Hospitality Foundation means so much more to me than simply being nominated. It represents visibility, courage, representation, service, and creating a path for those who come after me.

Service has always been personal to me. I believe that when you are blessed with a platform, you have a responsibility to use your voice, your experiences, and your presence to uplift others and give back to the community that helped shape you.

That’s why this opportunity means so much. I’m honored to represent not only myself, but the people and communities who deserve to see themselves reflected, celebrated, and welcomed.

I’m proud to be the first, but my greatest hope is that I won’t be the last.

This is bigger than me. It’s about community, service, representation, and legacy—and using this moment to leave the door open wider for the person who comes next.”

Community-Led Pride Means Standing Together.

At Pride210, we've always believed that Pride should reflect the people, culture, and diversity of San Antonio. That means uplifting local artists, performers, advocates, and community leaders while creating opportunities for their voices to shape our city's future. We will always stand with our trans family. Not just during Pride, but every day.

Our trans community deserves more than visibility. They deserve opportunities to lead, spaces to thrive, and recognition for the contributions they make to our city.

Supporting Antonia is one way we're putting our mission into action. Her journey represents the kind of community-led Pride we're working to build, where we don't simply celebrate diversity, but actively create opportunities for people to succeed.

Because visibility is power. When one person breaks a barrier, they open doors for others to follow.

Let's Make Herstory Together.

Pride210 is proud to support Antonia throughout her campaign, and we invite San Antonio to stand alongside us.

Let's celebrate her leadership, amplify her voice, and show what happens when a community comes together to lift up one of its own.

Being the first matters. Making sure you're not the last matters even more.
