The filings clearly demonstrate that the cases were connected and advanced together as part of the same legal effort. Despite repeated public statements suggesting there were two independent lawsuits, the documentation confirms the reality: it was a joint action.

This distinction matters. When an organization claims to represent the LGBTQ+ community, transparency and honesty are not optional. Attempting to frame a coordinated lawsuit as two unrelated cases misleads the public and undermines trust.
